If you are joining us for the Wednesday Fellowship Meal at 5:00 p.m., please make your reservation below by Monday at 12:00 p.m. Family Affair will cater the meal. The cost for adults is $6 and children 12 and under is $3, with a family max of $30.

If you have been looking for ways to get more involved, the Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church Ministry Fair on August 28 at 6pm is the place for you!
The Nominating Committee will accept nominations for Trustees until Sunday, August 28, 2022. Nominations may be submitted online or by using a nomination form at the Welcome Center.
We are excited to have Michelle Nietert be our guest speaker on Sunday, August 11 at our morning worship service. Michelle was our guest speaker during our 2022 Devoted Conference.
The CROSS Center will be CLOSED the week of August 22nd-27th.
Sign up now for Fall Bowling! We will bowl on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm at Capital Bowl in Frankfort beginning September 13. The cost is $100 for ten weeks of bowling.
We will have a Business Meeting on September 21 at 6:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. At this meeting, we will elect Deacons, a Trustee, Church Officers, and Committee Members.
We will hold a special business meeting on August 17 to elect the Sunday School Board and Teachers.
We are excited for our craft fair this October 15! If you would like to be a vendor at this year’s fair, booth sales will open at 9am on Monday, August 8.
We will host a blood drive on Wednesday, August 31 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the CROSS Center aerobics rooms.
Our church will be offering GriefShare, a 13 week program, beginning August 29, 2022, 6-8pm.
This 6-week small-group video study instructs Christian couples on how to tap into the power of God as they seek God’s purpose and perspective for their marriage. Beginning September 11.
This 6-week study by Pastor, Jentezen Franklin, offers five life-giving steps to help you get up, get out, and get free–and walk into the destiny God has prepared for you. Beginning September 11.
Financial Peace University (FPU) is a 9-lesson course that teaches you how to save for emergencies, pay off debt fast, spend wisely, and invest for your future. Beginning September 11.
The Choir with orchestra will be presenting a special concert with orchestra on September 18th. It is “A Festival of Hymns” that takes us through some of the most prolific hymns of our faith.
Divorce Recovery Workshop will begin on September 15 at 6pm and run for 7 weeks. This workshop is offered free of cost and there is a children’s workshop offered at the same time.
On January 14, 2023 the students will leave for the Strength to Stand Conference in Pigeon Forge, TN. The cost of this trip is $116 for the conference.
Students, join us for the Elevation Worship Concert in Louisville on August 16. We will meet at the church and leave for Louisville at 4:00 p.m. Tickets are $50.

The Forks Card Ministry writes cards each week to people on our prayer list, shut-ins, etc. If you are interested in serving, please contact the church office.
We need willing hands and hearts to help cut and tie fleece blankets to be given to children in Eastern KY this winter. Anyone can help – if you can cut and/or tie a knot, you can help with this project!

We will be going back to one worship service beginning Sunday, January 23. Our worship service will be at 11:00 a.m. with Sunday School at 9:45 a.m.
