Baptism is one of the most meaningful steps a follower of Jesus can take — a public declaration of what God has done in your life. At Forks, we celebrate it as a moment of joy for you and for the whole church family.

What We Believe

We practice believer’s baptism by immersion — meaning baptism is for those who have personally trusted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and want to make that commitment public. It doesn’t save you; it’s a symbol of what God has already done in your heart.

This summer we’re heading to Happy Jack Farms for a creek baptism — one of the most meaningful settings we offer for this step.

Sign-up Deadline: July 24 — sign up by the deadline and you’re guaranteed a t-shirt, Bible, and certificate.

Note for parents: If your child is under 12 and wants to be baptized, Pastor Todd will meet with them before the service.

Baptism in Our Regular Services

We also celebrate baptisms during Sunday morning worship services throughout the year. If you’d like to be baptized on a Sunday, reach out to the church office and we’ll get you scheduled.
