Walk to End Alzheimer’s

Forks of Elkhorn has a team walking again this year at the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and this year the focus is on donations — every dollar raised stays local and funds caregiver support, education, and a 24/7 helpline for families facing this disease.

You can dedicate your donation in memory or honor of someone, and all giving is secure.

When: Sunday, October 18 — gates open 1:30pm, ceremony starts 2:15pm
Where: Lexington Sporting Club Stadium
How to give: Visit alz.org/kyin, scroll to Walk, find “Forks of Elkhorn” under Find Team, and choose to donate or join the team
