VBS Illumination Station is coming July 6–10, and it takes a full team to make the week run well. We’re especially looking for volunteers willing to escort small groups of children to their different stations throughout each evening — but there are ways to help at every level.
To serve with the Children’s Department, we ask that volunteers have been a church member for at least six months, or have previously volunteered with Children’s Ministry (including past VBS). All adult volunteers are required to complete a background check before the first night. Middle and high school students are also welcome to serve — any youth volunteer under 18 must attend a VBS Training before the week begins, and we’ll offer several training opportunities in June. Youth must have completed at least 6th grade to participate.
