- Peter said that we are to submit to authorities and to our elders. How difficult is it for you to submit to authority? Is it difficult for you to submit to the Lord? Explain.
- What did Peter mean when he said, “Clothe yourselves with humility?” Give an example. What does it mean to be humble? How can you be humble toward someone else? Can you share about a time in your life when God used a circumstance to humble you then He lifted you up in His “due time?”
- How easy is it for you to “cast all your anxiety on Him?” Do you have some anxieties, worries, or fears that you need to “throw on” him today? Share. How does it make you feel that He cares for you and loves you?
