Putting on the Armor: Be Strong in the Lord

Why should we put on the armor of God? The enemy is real and he is prowling around like a lion, looking for someone to devour. The armor of God is our preparation and protection given to us by God for each day. This is the first sermon in our series, "Putting on the Armor."

As we come to the end of a great summer, and as we prepare for school to begin, may we put on God’s armor. We often buy “back to school” clothes and supplies at this time. But may we be clothed with the greatest outfit of all, the armor of God. We will be looking at the importance for us as Christians to clothe ourselves with God’s armor and how it can protect us from Satan’s attacks. You don’t have to buy this armor, it’s free!
