We are excited to recognize our high school and college graduates during our 11:00 a.m. service on Sunday, May 15. If you would like to be recognized or have your graduate recognized, please fill out the form below to sign up no later than Monday, May 9.
We are no longer taking registrations for Graduate Recognition 2022. If you have not already registered and would like to be recognized, please contact the church office ASAP at office@forksbaptist.org or (859) 873-1967. We should be able to announce your graduation during the service, but may not be able to create a slide for the presentation or present you with a gift on Sunday due to time constraints.
